Welcome to the Outpost. I’m staying with the classic early eighties G.I.Joe and talking about Cover Girl today. Cover Girl was a cool character with a really cool vehicle. Although Cover Girl only has a handful of figures and maybe is not as popular as Scarlett or Lady Jaye, I think she is one of the great characters of the eighties. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m talking about Metal-Head’s bestie in the G.I.Joe Dic Cartoon series, Gnawgahyde. This is one figure I had as a kid and one of my favorite figures from this year. He is a Dreadnok, he has awesome accessories, and he has a wild boar. Every accessory was just awesome that came with Gnawgahyde. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m going with another 1986 G.I.Joe character. Sci-Fi is another figure I received for Christmas in 1986. I loved the green and he came with an awesome pack and laser rifle. Sci-Fi has an upgraded figure in 1991, 93, 94, and a modern 2011 based on the original figure. Sci-Fi is one that I probably love each version more and more. He is a very unique Character and appeared frequently in the cartoon. Low-Light is in an episode that revealed his dark side and some of his fears that had haunted him for many years.
