Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m going with another 1986 G.I.Joe character. Sci-Fi is another figure I received for Christmas in 1986. I loved the green and he came with an awesome pack and laser rifle. Sci-Fi has an upgraded figure in 1991, 93, 94, and a modern 2011 based on the original figure. Sci-Fi is one that I probably love each version more and more. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m going back to 1986. There were a ton of awesome G.I.Joe characters created this year. Low-Light is one I received for Christmas that year. He is a very unique Character and appeared frequently in the cartoon. Low-Light is in an episode that revealed his dark side and some of his fears that had haunted him for many years. Welcome to the Outpost. 1986 was a bit of a turning point for G.I. Joe. The previous 4 years had posted some awesome figures and vehicles and the success and popularity was mounding. These 2 used the same mold but created 2 different vehicles. The Badger is a vehicle I just got for the first time in a Marketplace find last week. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m Getting into the 1986 G.I.Joe medic Lifeline. Lifeline was a figure my older brother bought so I did have some play time with him as a kid. This was a really cool figure when it first hit shelves. The figure had a ton of detail and of course the signature white Rescue down his left leg that really jumped out at you.
